Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of ProSuiteCRM’s website, apps, and services. By using ProSuiteCRM, you agree to these Terms.

  • If you’re using ProSuiteCRM on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

1) The Service

ProSuiteCRM provides customer relationship management software and related services (“Service”). We may update the Service over time, including adding or removing features.

2) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by law) to use the Service.
  • You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

  • Violate laws or regulations, or infringe others’ rights.
  • Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law.
  • Use the Service to send unlawful spam or deceptive communications.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy the Service in a way that harms performance or violates our policies.

4) Customer data & content

You retain ownership of data and content you upload or create in the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant ProSuiteCRM a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to collect, use, and share Customer Data, including any personal information you store in ProSuiteCRM.

5) Third-party services & integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. ProSuiteCRM is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their practices.

6) Plans, billing, and refunds

  • Subscriptions: Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Taxes: Taxes may be added where required.
  • Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade plans; changes may take effect immediately or next cycle depending on plan rules.
  • Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written refund policy.
  • Trials: Trials may convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends (if applicable).

7) Intellectual property

ProSuiteCRM and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

8) Beta features

Some features may be offered as beta or preview. Beta features are provided “as is,” may change at any time, and may be discontinued without notice.

9) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSuiteCRM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSuiteCRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSuiteCRM’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to ProSuiteCRM for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid).

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProSuiteCRM and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of formation/operation, without regard to conflict of law principles. You can specify a state/country and venue here (recommended).

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
